A delegation from the French Embassy
in Burundi made a follow-up visit to assess the progress of the PISCAA-PASSEF
project run by World Future Active in Kigamba, Cankuzo province.

During this visit, the PISCCA coordination and project management team from the French Embassy in Burundi had the opportunity to interact constructively with the World Future Active team, and to see the activities already carried out as well as those underway as part of the project.
In addition, they were able to attend the vermiculture training sessions and visit the sites where the vermiculture containers are being installed, which will be used to apply the knowledge passed on to the beneficiaries about vermiculture after the training sessions.
The visit enabled the delegation to see first-hand the progress being made and to gain a better understanding of the various stages of the project.

The delegation assessed the effectiveness of the activities already carried out and made recommendations to the project managers for further action, with a view to ensuring the project's sustainability and the achievement of the expected results.
These fruitful exchanges fostered better coordination between all stakeholders and strengthened everyone's commitment to the success of the PISCAA-PASSEF project.
